These terms apply when you book a pressure-washing service from NordJet Wash. By confirming a booking, you agree to these terms.
Bookings
A booking is a request for service. We may contact you to confirm the time, address, scope of work or access details. Please make sure the information you provide is correct.
Prices and estimates
Current prices are shown on the Pricing page. The final driveway price is based on the square metres cleaned, bins are charged per bin, and same-day bookings may include the stated fee. We will tell you before doing work outside the agreed scope.
Changes and cancellations
You can change or cancel a pending booking from My bookings. Cancellation is free up to 2 hours before the booked time. Cancelling less than 2 hours before the booked time costs a cancellation fee of 200 kr. Please tell us as early as possible. We may move or cancel a booking when weather, safety, access or other circumstances prevent the work.
Access and preparation
You must provide safe access to the cleaning area and remove fragile or valuable items. Please tell us about delicate surfaces, damage, drainage concerns or anything else that could affect the work.
Payment
Payment is due after the completed work is recorded and the final amount is shown. Payment is made using the payment method displayed with your booking or invoice.
Service and responsibility
We take reasonable care while cleaning. Results can vary because of the surface, age, stains or previous damage. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited under applicable consumer law.
Accounts, privacy and cookies
We use the details you provide to manage your account, booking, service and payment. Essential browser storage keeps the site working and remembers choices such as language and cookie consent. Optional cookies are used only if you accept them.
